Gift Cards
+ Can I buy physical gift cards?
Unfortunately not. Gift cards are only available as an email.
+ Do gift cards expire?
No. gift cards never expire - so you can take your time to shop!
+ Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes! You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.
+ Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. If the order total is less than the gift card balance, then the remaining balance will still be unused and can be redeemed in another order.
+ Can you refund my gift card?
Yes. Unused gifts cards can be refunded. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded. Simply contact us at info@mummylovesorganics.com for help!
+ Can you refund purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. The refunded amount will be added to the gift card's balance.

+ Can I set custom values on my gift card amount?
Unfortunately not...but we're working on it!
+ I've lost my gift card code!
Not a problem, we can resend your gift email notification. Please contact us at info@mummylovesorganics.com making sure to include:
Full Name
Your Order Number
+ Can I set a specific time to send the email to the recipient?
No. If you wish to send the email to the recipient at a later date, please select the "Email to You" delivery option at checkout. You can then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time.
+ Do gift cards cover tax and shipping?
Yes.
