+ How do I place an order?
You can create a Customer Account with us at any point or checkout as a guest if you'd prefer.
To place an order, simply add your products into your basket and click 'proceed to checkout'.
From there, you will be asked to enter your shipping, payment and billing information.
+ I need to cancel/amend my order
If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with our MUMMY LOVES ORGANICS customer orders via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com within 30 minutes from placing the order. We will do everything we can to cancel the order for you but as we work as quickly as possible to pack your order we cannot guarantee this is possible. Please note: During promotional periods, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
+ I have received an incorrect item
If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact our customer orders via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com We will require the following information please;
Order Number
Product Code or description of missing product
Product Code or description of product you have received in error
An image of all products received in your order
We will ask for the incorrect item to be returned to us before the correct item can be sent. For more information on how to return an item, please view our returns page.
+ I am missing an item from my order
If you are missing an item from your order, it may be that we have sent this to you in a separate box which will be arriving with you soon. We do try to put all your products in the same box if possible.
If you are unsure, please email at info@mummylovesorganics.com and we will be happy to check this for you.
+ There is an error in my confirmation email
If you have received your order confirmation email and you notice an error, please contact MUMMY LOVES ORGANICS as soon as possible via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com and we can check this for you and correct it if required.
We will require your order number.
+ I have not received a confirmation email
if you have not received your order confirmation, please do check your Junk/Spam folder first. If it has not come through please contact MUMMY LOVES ORGANICS via email at info@mummylovesorganics.com often it's a small mistake and soon retified.
We will require your order number or the email address used when purchasing your products.
+ Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes..Absolutely. We know that people not only love to buy MUMMY LOVES ORGANICS products for themselves, but love to gift it to others too! If you are wanting to process an order for delivery to someone else directly, simply enter the recipients details in the shipping address at the checkout and it will go straight to them. No receipts or invoices will be included.
